Very good hotel

酒店環境/衞生整體非常不錯，這也是我非常喜歡的酒店之一
唯一不好的是服務溝通太過于呆板。因為商務需求，出行行程臨時改變，申請的訂房修改或者取消完全無法被接受調整，服務方一點商量跟彈性都沒有。這對于個人對酒店的觀感還是有很大影響。
希望未來酒店對于商務出行臨時的調整改變，能給予更多的理解以及進行彈性的調整。

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The location is easy to find, right next to the
LOTTE Mall. There are more restaurants on the 4th and 5th floors, and a Lotte supermarket in the basement, which makes it very convenient for meals and shopping.
While the hotel is a bit distant from the old town, it's easy to use the Grab app to get a ride, which takes about 20 minutes.
The hotel staff were polite and friendly, and our room was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the fruit provided upon check-in, and the delivery staff were very helpful in bringing our takeout to the room. The gym is excellent with good equipment available.
We requested a late check-out, and the staff kindly allowed us an additional hour. However, there seemed to be a miscommunication, as our room key stopped working before we checked out, and we had to go to the front desk to explain the situation again.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with a hiccup.

這個酒店位置比較好，離西湖很近，特別是在窗戶前可以看到西湖的美景，酒店裝修的也不錯，比較新，還有一個好處就是酒店就可以去樂shopping mail,非常方便，但是就是不好的一點我訂了酒店我突然有事不能按時間入住酒店，我想退推遲時間入住酒店，那么酒店就不會同意，而且全款扣你的房費而且不能改時間，你推遲時間入住還得另外交房費，還有一點攜程上訂的房費比其他平臺定的房費要高很多，我覺得這個也不好，我這么多年一直在攜程上訂房是相信攜程大公司，價格合理，沒有想到幾次都是這樣比其他平臺高多了，我去越南定的會安新世紀酒店，河內樂天酒店通過攜程定的價格比其他平臺都高，之前一直相信攜程，不過現在我訂酒店機票，就會在幾家平臺對比，真的希望攜程整改，不要以文字語言東西騙消費者，就像這次我訂三亞喜來登酒店，明明是我付款了2天房費，但是到了酒店，酒店他説還要重新付款房費，本來我就老花，看不清楚你們寫的是預付還是直接付款，你搞哪些文字游戲********，就吃點大家的資金利息嗎，你能不能把你的文字搞大點，或者就取消你這種文字游戲，有點忽悠消費者可以説是欺騙

This hotel located next to the Lotte Mall, direct access to every restaurants and branded stores. The front counter staffs are friendly and always ready to help. The food is amazing with view of the westlake. This is definitely a worth-to-stay hotel when you come to Hanoi. The direct access to mall ensure that you won't caught under the rain during the rainy season.

Superb room. very very clean and nice. just beside lotte mall. it is abit far from the city center but my work was held at lotte mall so it worked out just fine.
